DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nMissouri State University is your certified training provider for the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) HR-218 in southern Missouri.  As a qualified retired or separated officer, you may earn your LEOSA credentials for conceal and carry after successfully completing this training.\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will shoot the State mandated 50 round qualification at the firing range. To qualify for the certification, you will need to make an 80 percent (40/50 rounds have to be on target).\n\n
