The session is packed with insight, activities, and practical tools to help leaders empower themselves and their followers.\nSuccessful participants will:\n\nLearn how to fully visualize goals and direct their energy to maximize success.\nUnderstand the three spheres of control and how to direct their focus to enhance wellbeing and performance.\nRedefine accountability through the lens of the Absolute Accountability principles.\nLearn a simple model of ownership that can be shared with teams to drive results.\nExplore and assess their competency in regard to six things leaders can do to promote accountability with their team members.\nIdentify tools to integrate into their daily work in order to apply the absolute accountability principles.\n\n
