Through the use of case studies, hypothetical scenarios, and guided discussion, participants will analyze how textbook response models must often be adapted to real-world conditions, including limited resources and dynamic threats. The course emphasizes critical thinking, risk assessment, and tactical adaptability to improve response effectiveness while minimizing exposure to hazards.\n
