Since launching his first business in 1992, he has spent more than 30 years leading organizations through growth, ownership transitions, and long-term succession planning, including three decades serving as CEO across multiple companies.\nBeyond his role at Gold Mechanical, Ron also serves as fractional CFO for Jordan Essentials and teaches business leadership as an adjunct professor at Evangel University.
