Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Megan has 9 years of professional experience in the industrial sector across machinery and industrial distribution industries. In this time, Megan held positions with increasing responsibility related to supply management, order fulfillment, production control, data governance, and analytics. She has experience managing teams of various sizes, upskilling employees, and mentoring young professionals. Megan enjoys challenging status quo and welcomes big ideas. She has a proven track record of identifying and implementing high impact projects and developing sustainable automation solutions.
Megan studied at the University of Alberta with a focus in statistics. She also holds a Supply Management diploma and is currently pursuing a passion degree in Information Systems to gain full stack experience. Megan is avid about volunteerism and has helped plan United Way campaigns for several years. In Canada, she volunteered at local food banks. Since moving to Springfield, she has started to volunteer at the Ozarks Food Harvest.
