I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing to Missouri State University efactory or log into Missouri State University’s’ authorized third party cashiering system website and stop payments. 

I agree to log into the payment website and terminate payments to Missouri State University efactory at least 15 days prior to the next payment date.  Failure to do so will result in payments processed on the designated plan date. If the payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments will be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to my checking/savings account, I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds will be withdrawn from my account on the date designated by me. 

I understand and agree that rent payments are due to Missouri State University efactory by the first of the month and will be charge a late fee (5%) after 7 days. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected by the bank which it is drawn on, I understand that Missouri State University may at its discretion attempt to process the charge up to two times before terminating the auto payment plan, and agree to an additional $30 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be increased the amount owed to Missouri State University.  I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of United States law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card Company; so long as the transactions correspond to the balance owed to Missouri State University efactory.  

I understand that a receipt for each payment will be emailed to me and the charge will appear on my bank statement as Missouri State University.  I understand that no prior notification will be sent once the payment plan is scheduled through Missouri State University efactory rent payment website, which can be accessed at https://efactory.missouristate.edu/rent/.
