About Us

Since opening our doors in 2013, efactory has been connecting people, ideas and opportunities to help businesses grow, talent develop and communities thrive.

Today, our network of programs, services and partnerships supports entrepreneurs, individuals, businesses, employers and communities across Missouri. As part of Missouri State University’s IDEA Commons district, we’re proud to advance the university’s commitment to innovation, economic development and workforce growth. Our work is strengthened through a network of partnerships that share our vision for a stronger Missouri.

All private offices come with a 12-month lease commitment. Once the first year is fulfilled, companies may terminate their lease at any point as long as they provide 30 days’ notice in writing to efactory staff.

Offices range in size from 150 to 1,300 square feet. Our 150 square foot offices lease for $300/month. All other offices are $15/per square foot. (Ex: A 500 square foot office would be 500 x 15 = $7,500/annually or $625/month).

We have industry restrictions on our private offices due to the grant funding our center received to revitalize the building. We lease private offices to companies working in: manufacturing, health sciences, logistics and supply chain management, and technology (IT, software, energy solutions, agri-tech).
