AI in Action: Working Smarter with Microsoft Copilot

This course is a hands-on, training designed to equip professionals with practical, repeatable skills for using Microsoft Copilot across the M365 ecosystem. Through guided modules, participants will work directly inside a live O365 tenant to learn how to apply Copilot in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. They will also work within Copilot Studio and Power Automate to create AI-assisted workflows. Each module includes real-world scenarios and structured challenges aimed at enabling participants to use these tools and build workflows on their own.

Additionally, the instructor, Jacob Butcher of Pitt Technology Group, will explain adoption strategy, responsible use, data governance, change management, and other best practices. The course closes with a practical evaluation that enables learners to demonstrate AI proficiency across key applications. Whether you’re a knowledge worker, manager, or IT lead, this course is built to move you from curiosity to capability with Copilot.

Attendees are encouraged to follow along in real time, but can also choose to observe the demonstrations at their own pace.  You will need to bring a laptop computer for hands-on participation.  Lunch will be provided.
