Calling cool students!
We’re looking for a stellar student worker to assist with day-to-day operations at the efactory.
You’ll help with trainings, events, client services and more in an award-winning business incubator located in the heart of downtown Springfield.
What we need
Our ideal student worker is someone who:
- is available 10-20 hours a week
- can assist with event/training preparation and clean up
- has top-notch verbal and written communication skills
We’ll share some inside knowledge with you: Flexibility is key around here. Needs change quickly and each day is different. When we say ‘Other duties as assigned,’ you can bet on them being assigned.

A little about us
The efactory is an entrepreneurship center designed to assist startup and growth in new small businesses and continuing education and training in mature organizations. The efactory is proud to be part of IDEA Commons, Missouri State University’s vision and commitment to create an urban innovation park.
Serving as a one-stop shop for startups and small businesses, efactory resources also include university-related programs such as the Small Business and Technology Development Center, Management Development Institute, Jordan Valley Innovation Center and numerous community partners.
Services include business consulting, training and leadership development, incubator office space, coworking, an accelerator program, mentorship, and corporate innovation
