We’re looking for an awesome student worker to help with day-to-day operations at The eFactory. You’ll help with trainings, events, client services and more in an award-winning business incubator located in the heart of downtown Springfield.

We’re most likely to swipe right on someone who:

• is available 10-20 hours a week
• can work on multiple projects at once
• has top-notch verbal and written communication skills.

We’ll share some inside knowledge with you: Flexibility is key around here. Needs change quickly and each day is different. When we say ‘Other duties as assigned,’ you can bet on them being assigned.
