Worsham Law Firm joins efactory partner program

Hey there, partner

They say you’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with. If that’s the case, we’re in pretty fantastic shape.

The efactory is lucky to have a stellar crew of clients, mentors, and partners in our midst. Our partner program continues to grow – and we’re excited to announce that Worsham Law Firm is the most recent addition to our crew!

Worsham Law Firm

Think lawyers aren’t innovative and entrepreneurial? You’ll want to think again after meeting with the team at Worsham. (Hint: Will is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.)

In 2002 Will Worsham launched the world’s first completely online legal service platform – allowing clients to resolve minor traffic tickets without ever having to leave their home. The venture, MissouriTrafficTickets.com, has since grown into a multi-state venture under the name USTrafficTickets.com and has had more than 30,000 cases submitted.

Today Worsham Law Firm offers some of the most innovative approaches to helping small businesses with their legal needs. Their concierge services model allows startups to address emerging legal needs in an affordable, accessible way.

About Will

Will Worsham was born and raised in southwest Missouri. A 1989 graduate of Logan-Rogersville High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Drury University. He went on to graduate from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1996.

Will began practice with Gannaway, Fiorelle and Cummings before being recruited by Shawn Askinosie to oversee the launch of a niche practice in Springfield, MO. Shawn and Will went on to launch The Ticket Center – a traffic and DWI focused firm that utilized custom computer software to successfully handle thousands of traffic cases quickly and efficiently.

In the fall of 1999 Will joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. While working in what is known today as the General Crimes Unit, Will helped implement a computerized case management system. He left to open his own firm on September 1, 2002.
