Accounting
Do you have financial data, and aren’t sure what it means or what you could be doing better? Our Accounting projects include:
– Capital budgeting and cash flow analysis
– Creation or improvement of internal reporting mechanisms
– Establishing balanced scorecard metrics
– Using regression tools to develop reporting and/or predictive analytics
Industrial & Organizational Psychology
Are you looking to grow your workforce and engage more with your employees? In business, your workforce is your most essential and valuable asset. We work with two different graduate program courses on business projects.
Employee selection: Students can work with a company to develop, review or enhance their employee selection process. They can take a deep dive into job analysis and position descriptions helping to ensure your selection process is enabling you to hire the best candidates.
Survey development: Engage with your employees by working with students to develop surveys to gather employee feedback and input. Students will develop, deploy and analyze the survey results. Types of surveys include: employee engagement, safety, work environment, or job analysis.
Advertising
Need fresh ideas to reach more customers? Our Advertising project pairs your business with MSU Advertising & Promotions classes to create a multi-channel advertising campaign. Students develop clear customer personas and explore marketing strategies tailored to the target customer. Mock flyers, radio/tv commercials, and social media posts are developed for a business to use, replicate and/or enhance.
