Founder Brett Payne, alongside his team, have started and franchised more than 20 Contender eSports Local Area Network (LAN) Centers across the globe – with locations ranging from Canada to Saudi Arabia to the United States – and they’re showing no signs of slowing down.
Growing Contender eSports in the Midwest and Beyond
Two new Contender eSports Centers are set to come to the midwest by the end of this year, including a facility in Cape Girardeau and one across the Mississippi River in Paducah, Kentucky. Other locations opening soon include:

Growing the network of physical locations is only one part of Contender’s growth strategy. The company also recently acquired online tournament company American Gaming Network (AGN), which will continue to run online events and bring large offline events to Contender eSports centers.
