Your idea doesn’t have to be fully formed yet – that’s what the Innovation Accelerator is great for.
You come with an idea, ready to share it with the participants during an early morning quickfire round.
If your idea is among the favorites, throughout the day, you will workshop it with others who are motivated to see change.
If yours isn’t one of the top selected, no worries. You can put your momentum behind another idea to help get it across the finish line.

What is different from a brainstorming meeting?
- Leadership is bought into and seeking change. They’re looking for new ideas. Business coaches and resources from across campus will be on hand to help you overcome common stumbling blocks (aka the reasons ideas have fallen through the cracks in the past).
- We’re all on the same team during an innovation accelerator. It doesn’t matter your status in the organization: We’re flattening the organization so that all voices and ideas are equal.
- The event ends in a “Shark Tank” style event with the top teams presenting ideas.
