We’re hiring a Student Employment Specialist to join our Student Employment Services arm of the efactory team.
This is a pivotal role that works to ensure that students and family members are informed about employment requirements. As a specialist, you will manage the accuracy and completeness of information contained in student personnel records and understand associated policies and processing implications.
The Student Employment Specialist can expect to:
- Monitor the workload of part-time employees and assign work accordingly.
- Ensure optimal use of financial aid funds.
- Create and maintain personnel files for employees.
- Counsel and advise students and family members on the various financial aid programs.
- Provide guidance and information to individuals with questions about employment actions.
- Prepare statistical reports by collecting data and keeping accurate records on programs administered by Student Employment Services.
- Assist in the coordination and/or presentation of outreach programming, workshops and major projects.
- Contribute to a productive work environment and success of partnerships by performing all other duties assigned.
