The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in leading the Student Employment department. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
- Ensuring our programs, policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.
- Supervising staff and student personnel.
- Managing the student employment budget.
- Collaborating with other departments to create a seamless student work experience.
This leadership position requires a strong commitment to student success and a strategic mind for program development.
The Administrative Specialist II will serve as a key point person for students and staff, providing in-depth knowledge and support for our department’s programs and services. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Processing applications and maintaining records.
- Supporting specified classes and training programs.
- Providing specialized information to programs, processes or services.
- Arranging events, consultations and interviews.
