Talent at your fingertips
We are committed to connecting you with resources your organization needs to thrive. Whether that’s upskilling your workforce, exploring new opportunities or finding skilled employees, we’re here to help you build a stronger business.
One of the ways we achieve this is through our Community Graduate Assistant program, which matches promising students with local employers for mutually beneficial partnerships.
“The community GA program is a win win win,” says Christina Angle, CFO and VP of Group Services from Erlen Group. “The students get real-world experience in their careers of interest, the community has a better chance to retain the talent coming out of MSU, and the employers can explore new opportunities while keeping their commitment low. We weren’t sure we had enough to work to support a full-time position for marketing and CAD tech, but we were able to find great talent to move these projects forward with the grad assistants.”
Graduate assistants bring fresh perspectives, innovative thinking and a strong work ethic to the table. By hosting a graduate assistant, your organization gains access to these valuable assets while also having the opportunity to evaluate potential future employees.
