Students are back in town for a semester full of potential

Where did everyone come from?!

If you’ve noticed a sudden influx of young, bright minds around efactory, you’re not imagining things. In addition to our talented MSU engineering students, we’re thrilled to welcome back the energetic and driven group of high schoolers from the Greater Ozarks Centers for Advanced Professional Studies (GO CAPS) program.

Starting early

These future leaders are diving headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship and innovation right here in our midst. With a curriculum tailored to spark their passions, industry-standard tools at their fingertips and real-world projects to tackle, they’re gaining invaluable experience and building a strong foundation for their careers.

A big shoutout to Springfield Public Schools for their continued partnership on this incredible program. We’re proud to be a part of their journey and can’t wait to see the amazing things these students will accomplish.

So, the next time you encounter a wave of enthusiasm and fresh ideas, remember, you might just be witnessing the next generation of innovators in action.

Student talent all around

In our business suite and around the building, you’re also likely to run into even more student workers at efactory, too…setting up spaces, working on client research and keeping that coffee flowing. Don’t hesitate to ask them for help! We have an amzing team of operations support student workers and training and development graduate assistants.

Oh, and don’t forget the many other ways you can connect with student employees, like hiring one for your team 😉 Yep – snatch them up and you’ll be amazed by their talent.

Don’t know a lot about how that all works? Join us for Connecting with Talent on Aug. 27 or consider posting a job to our Student Employment page.

There are numerous way to connect with students and our goal is to show you just how beneficial they can be to your team. This event will help you explore:
