We’re so excited to announce that Innovate SOMO Week is just around the corner! From April 21-25, we’ll be celebrating all things entrepreneurship and innovation across Southern Missouri. Get ready for a week packed with inspiration, connection and a whole lot of celebrating!
This isn’t just any week – it’s a chance to shine a spotlight on the incredible work happening across our 47 counties. We’re talking about the entrepreneurs hustling to build their dreams, the innovators pushing boundaries and the communities coming together to support growth.
Innovate SOMO is all about connecting those dots, fueling that fire and making Southern Missouri a hub of opportunity.
Think of it like a giant party celebrating all the amazing things we’ve accomplished together. And you’re invited!
How You Can Participate
- Kickoff Extravaganza: We’ll be hosting a kickoff bash right here in Springfield. It’s the official launchpad for a week of awesomeness. Stay tuned for details – you won’t want to miss it!
- Tech & Innovation Funding: Look to the future and discover funding opportunities for MO entrepreneurs at events in Cape Girardeau and Springfield.
- Training to Take You Further: Check out classes like AI Simplified, Discover & Lead with Your Strengths or Introduction to Grant Writing – and many more live and virtual training opportunities.
- Local Celebrations: We want everyone to get in on the fun! Communities across Southern Missouri will be hosting their own celebrations. It’s a chance to connect with local entrepreneurs, share stories and celebrate all things innovation.
- #InnovateSOMOWeek: Let’s get social! Share your success stories, celebrate your wins and show the world what Southern Missouri is made of. Use the hashtag #InnovateSOMOWeek and let’s make some noise!
