At efactory, we’re on the hunt for a Training Specialist to join our super-powered team. Think of this role as the ultimate behind-the-scenes hero of our training programs. You’ll be the one making sure everything runs like clockwork, from coordinating logistics to making sure our participants have an amazing experience.
This job includes:
Training Coordination: You’ll be working with our team and partners to organize and manage training sessions – and serve as the go-to person during training sessions, making sure everything runs smoothly for both participants and facilitators.
Relationship Management: You’ll be building relationships with internal teams, participants and external organizations.
Customer Service: You’ll be responding to inquiries from participants and potential customers.
Record-Keeping: You’ll be maintaining training records, updating databases and preparing reports.
Financial Administration: You’ll be assisting with the financial side of things, like invoicing and payment processing.
Sound like you?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
You’ve got a degree (or equivalent experience) in something like business, communications or project management.
You’ve got some experience in training coordination, program development or event management (at least two years is preferred).
You’re a master of organization and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
You’re detail-oriented and love solving problems.
You’re a whiz with office software like Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
You’ve got killer written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If:
You’ve got experience with administrative tasks, basic accounting, or working in industries like education, business development or manufacturing.
You know your way around a learning management system or online registration platform.
