Consultant team racks up recognition at MU Extension’s Business & Communities Conference.
We’re bursting with pride to announce that our incredible team of business consultants from efactory’s Missouri SBDC at MSU absolutely rocked the recent annual MU Extension Business and Communities Professional Development Conference. Not only did they represent efactory and our region with excellence, but they also brought home some serious hardware!
We’re thrilled to share that the Missouri SBDC at MSU has been recognized with one of the Top Overall Performance Awards for FY2024. This prestigious award honors our team’s outstanding efforts in driving measurable client success and making a lasting impact on small businesses across southwest Missouri. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and the businesses we support every day.
But that’s not all! Several of our consultants were recognized for their individual contributions and exceptional performance:
- Sandra Smart: Sandra received a top three FY2024 Capitalization Impact Generation Award and Capitalization Events Impact Generation Award. Her expertise in securing capital funding for our clients is truly unmatched, and her dedication to helping businesses thrive is invaluable.
- Lance Coffman: Lance was also recognized with a FY2024 Capitalization Impact Generation. Lance’s ability to guide entrepreneurs through the complexities of securing funding is a tremendous asset to our team and our clients.
- Mel Steele: Mel received the Team Player award, a testament to his collaborative spirit and unwavering support for colleagues. Mel’s willingness to going above and beyond makes him an invaluable member of our team.
- Tara Horton: Tara was recognized for 25 years of service with the MU Extension Business & Communities and Missouri SBDC programs.
- Chrystal Irons: Chrystal was recognized for 15 years of service with the MU Extension Business & Communities and Missouri SBDC programs.
