At Student Employment, we help students launch their futures. We’re a small but motivated team, dedicated to connecting students with campus and community opportunities that build experience, responsibility and confidence. Now, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to support our efforts behind the scenes and on the front lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
This part-time role will play a critical part in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring students have access to the employment resources they need. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Job Posting Support:
You’ll help maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), making sure all job opportunities are accurate and current. You’ll also coordinate with employers to gather and post job descriptions.Event Assistance:
You’ll help coordinate logistics, set up event spaces and make sure everything runs smoothly so students get the most out of their experience.Work Study Monitoring:
Help track Work Study student placements and ensure compliance with program requirements. You’ll also help prepare and submit reports that keep everything on track and transparent.Data Management:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our office data clean and useful.Front Desk Support:
You’ll be the first face and voice many people encounter when they visit our office. A friendly and professional presence goes a long way in helping students, faculty and employers feel welcome.
