Two Missouri SBDC at MSU Consultants Earn Certified External Coach Status through The Great Game of Business

Registration available for financial literacy courses.

Small business owners across southern Missouri now have new opportunities to explore and implement The Great Game of Business® (GGOB) framework as two team members with the Missouri SBDC at Missouri State University, part of MSU’s efactory, have earned Certified External Coach status through GGOB.

The certification means clients can now tap into deeper expertise and coaching that helps them apply the GGOB system. This support will help clients build financial understanding, increase employee engagement and drive stronger business results.

Chrystal Irons, director of business support and training at efactory, and Amy Jackson, business consultant, completed the extensive training and certification process. Both are excited about helping businesses strengthen financial literacy and implement the GGOB framework.

“This certification reflects our commitment to bringing world-class tools and coaching to Missouri’s small businesses,” Irons said. “When owners and employees understand the story their numbers tell, they can make better decisions and build stronger companies.”

Introducing financial literacy courses through GGOB

In addition to coaching, the Missouri SBDC at MSU has added several in-person GGOB training sessions to the fall calendar at efactory.  These programs will introduce key GGOB concepts and provide hands-on opportunities to learn more:

“The Great Game of Business has proven its power to help teams connect their daily work to long-term success,” Jackson said. “These upcoming courses will give business owners and employees the tools to track, celebrate, and impact their financial results together.”
