A Global Heart + A Dynamic Career Path
Courtney’s journey started at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School, perfecting the art of beauty and style before taking those skills all the way to Uganda — yes, UGANDA! — where she helped train students in a cosmetology program at a rescue mission.
When she returned stateside, Courtney shifted gears into her family’s aerospace manufacturing business, serving as a Contracts Administrator.
Then came a new chapter: CoxHealth. Courtney completed their Medical Assistant program and has spent the last three years in OB/GYN, bringing calm, compassion, and serious skill to patients every single day.
What Gets Her Up and Going?
Courtney’s little one is almost one year old and just started walking, which means mornings now look a lot busier. Her joy, energy, and curiosity fuel Courtney every single day and remind her to show up with purpose.
