Missouri State University’s SBDC Honored with Great Plains Region Excellence and Innovation Award

The Missouri SBDC at Missouri State University has been named the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Great Plains Region recipient of the Small Business Development Center Excellence and Innovation Award. This prestigious honor recognizes outstanding performance, innovation, and community impact among Small Business Development Centers serving Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

 

The award highlights the center’s unwavering commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and driving economic growth throughout southwest Missouri and the surrounding region. Hosted at Missouri State University’s efactory, the center provides no-cost business consulting, training programs, and specialized support services to a diverse range of small business owners.

This honor reflects the dedication of our team, the strength of our partnerships, and the success of the entrepreneurs and small business owners we serve every day,” said Chrystal Irons, Director of the Missouri SBDC at Missouri State University.
