Dispatch: Communications Center Supervisor Training

This 8-hour course is designed for current supervisors or those who are transitioning into a supervisor position such as shift supervisors, center managers, or 9-1-1 Directors. The workshop format will consist of lecture combined with student interactive discussions and exercises focusing on skills and tools for employee development. Attendees will share, learn, and take-home valuable tools in the following courses: -Handling Conflict in the Workplace – 2 Hours -Team Building – 2 Hours -Employee Development – 1 Hour -Counseling Skills for Supervisors – 2 Hours -Bullying in the Comm Center – 1 Hour
