Lindsay Bauer is a dynamic people and culture leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning diverse environments. She has led human resources departments for high-tech, manufacturing and distribution organizations. In addition to employee relations and engagement, her experience includes mergers/acquisitions, full-cycle talent development, HRIS selection and implementation, handbook development and full benefits program management.
As the Director of People and Culture for Keep Supply, Lindsay is passionate about growing the company and the people inside, while protecting the unique culture they have in place. Her current role oversees the full employee engagement cycle including hiring, training and development, benefits administration and support of the organization’s Culture Club.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor in Human Resources from Missouri State University and is SHRM-certified. She is currently working on completing an MBA through Missouri State. In 2023, the Springfield Business Journal recognized Lindsay as the Dynamic Dozen Top HR Professional. She is also in Signature Class 46 of Leadership Springfield.
