Stephanie is an experienced entrepreneur and fitness professional with over 16 years in the industry. As co-owner of Sumits Hot Yoga in Springfield, Missouri since 2010, she has successfully led the business through multiple seasons of growth and change—including the challenges of a global pandemic. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming space for her community, blending her expertise in marketing, public relations, and administration into the daily operations of her studio.
With a strong background in communications, Stephanie holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Missouri State University and has professional experience in public relations and marketing, including roles with the Branson CVB and Chicago Sailing. She also teaches business courses at Ozarks Technical Community College.
