SWMO Public Safety Learning Conference

This one-day professional development conference brings together leaders and professionals from fire service, law enforcement, emergency management, public safety, and local government to explore current issues, emerging technologies, leadership practices, and operational challenges affecting today’s public safety organizations.

Through keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions, and multiple breakout sessions, participants will engage with subject-matter experts on topics including leadership and professional development, community risk reduction, artificial intelligence in public safety, search-and-rescue technology, emerging technologies, employment law, workers’ compensation, workplace mental health, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), policy and procedure, and legislative issues affecting Missouri fire and emergency services.

The conference is designed to provide participants with practical information, innovative strategies, and opportunities to learn from professionals across multiple public safety disciplines. Attendees will also have opportunities to network, exchange ideas, and strengthen partnerships with colleagues and organizations throughout the region.
