Uncovering the Benefits of Minority, Women, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses

Discover How to Get Certified as a Minority and/or Woman Business Enterprise with the Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity.

Join the Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at MSU in collaboration with the Missouri APEX Accelerator (formerly known as Missouri PTAC) and the Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity for an informative presentation. If you’re a small business owner who may qualify as a minority, or a woman, or a service-disabled veteran, this event provides a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the MBE, WBE and/or SDVE certification process. Explore the benefits of obtaining these certifications, understand the application procedure, and familiarize yourself with the required documentation.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to connect with OEO staff members, as well as meet with the local APEX Accelerator counselor, who can provide guidance on your application. Also, learn how the Missouri SBDC at MSU can assist you with your small business.

This event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.
