Emily Melton is the Community Coordinator, Partner and Student Engagement at efactory, and has been a proud member of the team since 2023. She enjoys working to foster collaborative and valuable relationships between efactory, Missouri State University, and the larger Springfield community.
Emily graduated from Missouri State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Music and has worked in a variety of community facing roles prior to returning to MSU as an employee. She is passionate about investing in the people of Springfield and providing opportunities for community enrichment.
Outside of efactory, Emily spends most of her time singing, writing music, and advocating for the local arts community. She is on the Board of Directors for the Queen City Chorale, with whom she also performs. She also serves on the Associate Board at Springfield Little Theatre.
