Melisa Hamilton is the Community Coordinator at efactory. She has been a member of the team since 2018 and supports day-to-day operations as well as efactory member companies. As a small business owner herself, she is passionate about helping businesses grow and creating opportunities for people follow their dreams, no matter how unconventional.
While not at work, Melisa is an active member of the Springfield tech community. Her work has helped to build opportunities for people to break into tech and build connections to employment. She is a board member for Springfield Devs and an organizer for Hack-4-Good, OpenSGF, and Method Conference.
In her free time, Melisa likes to spend time with her husband, son and puppies. Her creative outlet is in designing new products for her business or designing her next crochet project.
