Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Missouri State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Second Language Acquisition in TESOL; Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
A native of the Ozarks, he has firsthand experience of local business operations in the area: Rob's parents co-founded Budget Automotive & Radiator, a small business based in downtown Springfield that has operated for more than 30 years.
Rob is an alumnus of the Missouri Scholars Academy and represented Webster Electric Co-Op at NRECA's Electric Cooperative Youth Tour in Washington DC. He has represented multiple countries in the Security Council at Midwest Model United Nations, including Uruguay, Kuwait, and Ukraine.
He is bilingual in Spanish, with aspirations of someday becoming a polyglot through studies of other languages such as Japanese, German, and Hawaiian. In his spare time, Rob volunteers at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri.
