In her role as Senior Program Manager of Business Support with efactory and the Missouri SBDC at Missouri State University, she leads initiatives that strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem, guiding business owners with the tools, capital access, and strategies they need to succeed. Her work has helped launch over 90 businesses, create 1,100+ jobs, secure $130 million in capital, and generate over $165 million in sales growth — building stronger businesses and stronger communities.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Production/Operations Management from Southeast Missouri State University and an MBA from Missouri State University. She also serves as per course faculty at Missouri State University, equipping students with both academic insights and real-world lessons learned from her own entrepreneurial journey and years of economic development activities.
