efactory Launches Applications for Next Cohort of Elevate Program

Program offers CEOs the opportunity to tap into resources, peer networks as they grow.

As businesses grow, so do their needs. Bringing on staff, expanding markets or product lines means that CEOs are asked to tap into new skillsets and tackle new challenges.

That’s where Elevate comes in. It’s a groundbreaking program designed to help existing Missouri businesses achieve significant growth and success. The program, led by the Missouri SBDC at MSU in partnership with the Edward Lowe Foundation, offers a comprehensive approach to business growth, featuring personalized consulting services, and access to a network of experienced CEOs.

Targeting businesses with 10 to 100 employees and annual revenues ranging from $1 – 50 million dollars, the Elevate program fills a crucial niche in the local economy, according to Dr. Lance Coffman, business consultant at the Missouri SBDC at MSU, which is part of efactory

What Participants Can Expect

Participants in Elevate will benefit from:

  • Tailored Consulting Services: Receive customized guidance to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Facilitated Peer Roundtables: Engage in virtual roundtables to gain fresh perspectives and discuss challenges with peers.

“By harnessing the expertise of seasoned consultants and fostering collaboration among peers, the program equips businesses with the tools they need to thrive in a competitive market,” Coffman said.

Through the Southern Missouri Innovation Network, a collaborative network created by efactory and codefi, and funding from a Missouri Department of Economic Development ARPA Community Revitalization grant, Elevate is offered at no cost to participants.
