Missouri State University’s efactory and Missouri SBDC at MSU introduce LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® based workshops to help teams unlock creativity, strengthen collaboration, and drive innovation.
Innovation, teamwork, and leadership grow when people think differently. There’s no better way to do that than by thinking with your hands through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
Missouri State University’s efactory and the Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at MSU are bringing this hands-on training model to the area. The first chance for the public to participate is Building Leadership Excellence: A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Based Workshop from 9 a.m. – noon Nov. 12 at efactory (405 N. Jefferson Ave.).
“This unique approach transforms traditional meetings and workshops by turning abstract challenges into tangible, creative solutions, all built with LEGO® bricks,” said Chrystal Irons, director of business support and training at efactory.
