Drugged Driving 101 – 4.5 TS, 1.5 LS
This class will discuss the basics of a drugged driving case. It will cover the 7 drug categories used in the DRE program, offer an in-depth review of the SFSTs with an emphasis on HGN, and introduce other tests for impairment. This class will be worth 6 hours of Missouri CLE and 6 hours of Missouri POST credit-1.5 hours Legal Studies and 4.5 hours Technical Studies.
