We offer continuing education for peace officers. Many courses are offered at the Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) in Camdenton, Missouri.

ALERRT Active Shooter Training

Agency Costs

The Public Safety Training Center offers both contract and non-contract rates for training.

Contract Rates

$250 per year, per officer.

This rate guarantees:

  • 24-hour POST continuing-education minimum.
  • Unlimited amount of training hours/courses.
  • Tracking in CLEE.

 

Some courses may require an additional equipment or service fee.

 

Non-Contract Rates

PSTC courses will be available at a per-course rate to all individuals/agencies not under a training contract.

The rate for a basic classroom course is:

  • $60 for a 4-hour course.
  • $120 for an 8-hour course.
  • $15 per hour, per attendee for courses longer than 8 hours.

Some courses may be priced above this basic rate if additional equipment or fees are accrued.

About the Public Safety Training Center

At the Public Safety Training Center, we offer innovative, advanced, specialty, supervisory and training courses to keep you prepared for any situation.  We also work with teams to design training on specifically requested topics.
