Missouri SBDC at MSU is part of the efactory. We have two offices serving a wide expanse of the region – with the primary office located in downtown Springfield, Missouri, inside the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center.

Our second location is the Missouri SBDC at MSU-West Plains and is part of the beautiful West Plains community. This office serves clients in the seven-counties of Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas and Wright. However, we are allowed to work with clients in any contiguous Arkansas county.
