Stop the Violence Conference

Oct. 28, 2024

Practical strategies for prevention and intervention.

Committed to a Safer Community

Hosted by Missouri State University’s Public Safety Training Center, this free event brings together experts, advocates and community members to address the urgent issue of domestic violence.

Domestic violence affects countless individuals and families. Protecting the innocent should be your motivation for creating a safer community.

That’s why we are proud to host the annual Stop the Violence Conference, in partnership with Abilities First, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and MSU School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. This conference is a crucial platform for sharing knowledge, building partnerships and developing strategies to prevent and respond to domestic violence.
