
The eFactory is a technology-focused entrepreneurship center and business incubator designed to assist start-up and growth in new small businesses and continuing education and training in mature organizations. The eFactory houses several programs to accomplish these goals, including The eFactory Business Incubator, the Small Business and Technology Development Center, the Management Development Institute, Springfield Angel Network, Springfield Innovation, Inc, the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, Missouri Enterprise, and SCORE.
The eFactory is an integral part of IDEA Commons, Missouri State University’s vision and commitment to create a new type of urban research park that blends Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship, and the Arts. The park encompasses over 80 acres in the heart of Springfield, creating an environment of growth to attract and retain talent. IDEA Commons is evidence of Missouri State University’s commitment to the economic success of southwest Missouri.
